What is a "Course Module "?

"Course Modules" are created for all IVE courses according to the study modules in SRS. They are set up to accommodate the "Teaching and Learning" (TLPs) and relevant materials which are commonly used by all teachers/students who teach/study the Module in the same campus.

The WebCT course ID for each Module Course will be revised in the following format:

"[Module code]_[Course code]_[Campus code]"

For example:
LAN3042_41306_ST
BSM2404_21206_TM
LAN1001_41306_ST
LAN1001_71203_MH

Teachers who teach a VTC Module (e.g. LAN1001) in Shatin Campus and students who are currently studying the Module (e.g. LAN1001) in Shatin are entitled to use the "Module Course" named "English and Communication" with Module Code of "LAN1001_71203_ST".

"Course Modules" are owned by Programme Boards. They are placed in respective categories on the platfrom according to the SRS information.
