What should I do before I first logon the platform?

You must first check your web browser to ensure that it is configured so that the complete functiionality of WebCT is available to you.

At the WebCT portal (webct.vtc.edu.hk), you can find a hyperlink "Check Browser" in the left column.

Brower check results are displayed as shown on the right. For each area checked, mandatory or recommended changes are indicated.

You can also perform browser check after you logon.

On My WebCT page, you can click the "Check Browser" in the top right-hand corner of the browser window.
