The Vocational Training Council provides vocational training and support services to disabled persons through its Vocational Training for People with Disabilities Section (VTPDS). In addition to the administration of skills centres, the VTPDS also co-ordinates the enrollment procedure for disabled applicants of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and theTraining and Development Centres and provides academic counselling to the disabled students.
