    IVE (Chai Wan) was opened in October 1993. The campus has a net area of 21 000 square meters, about half of which is dedicated to specialist laboratories, workshops and two training restaurants. The campus has School for Higher and Professional Education and five academic departments:

    - Department of Business Administration
    - Department of Computing and Information Management
    - Department of Hotel, Service and Tourism Studies
