The Management Development Centre of Hong Kong (MDC) is a government-funded organisation with a mission to develop, promote and extend managerial effectiveness in Hong Kong. MDC has been serving thousands of Hong Kong companies and subvented organisations since its set up in 1984.

MDC is engaged in extensive research and development of management materials, services and new learning tools to meet the management development needs in Hong Kong. We also partner with many international organisations and bring in state-of-the-art management practices to Hong Kong.

Over the years, MDC has pioneered in pace-setting frontiers in Hong Kong, such as action learning, competency-based development, experiential learning, interactive multilingual multimedia courseware development, learning resource centre and e-learning solution.
