The Maritime Services Training Institutes offers full-time Higher Diploma in Maritime Studies and Junior General Purose Rating for Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education and Secondary 3 graduates respectively. The MSTI also provides part-time courses for industry practitioners to enhance their professional knowledge and skills.
