VTC offers a diverse range of programmes specially designed for Secondary 6 graduates, including Degree Programmes, Higher Diploma Programmes, Foundation Diploma Programmes, Diploma in Vocational Education Programmes(DVE) and more. The programmes help students to prepare for further study and excel at the workplace.

Degree Programmes

The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) provides vocationally-oriented degree programmes for secondary 6 graduates. The programmes cover the faculties of Design, Science and Technology, and Management and Hospitality. MORE


Higher Diploma and Foundation Diploma Programmes

The Higher Diploma and Foundation Diploma programmes for post-secondary 6 students under the new academic structure offered by the IVE and the HKDI impart students with the necessary practical skills and theoretical knowledge.Covering seven academic disciplines, the programmes cater to students with different interests and abilities, and lay the foundation for graduates to pursue degree programme studies and  excel at the workplace. Diploma in Vocational Education (DVE) Programmes

Diploma in Vocational Education (DVE) programmes offered by Youth College, cover the areas of Business and Services, Engineering as well as Design and Technology. The programmes equip secondary 6 students lifelong with gainful practical skills and knowledge and help them develop their full potential for future studies as well as enhance their job prospects. Professional Diploma/Certificate Courses

VTC member institutions offer a wide range of diploma and certificate courses, covering the industries of tourism and hospitality and Chinese cuisine, which allow students to choose according to their interest and personal development plans. Students can enter the workforce immediately after graduation. MORE


Yi Jin Diploma Programmes

 School of Business and Information Systems (SBI) offers Yi Jin Diploma Programmes to secondary 6 school leavers. The programmes, attuned to market needs, emphasise both theoretical and practical knowledge. The Yi Jin Diploma Programmes are deemed as meeting the entry requirements of some of the civil service posts. Graduates can also articulate to Higher Diploma programmes offered by the IVE and the HKDI. MORE
