Academic knowledge would be something you can learn from traditional classes, but when it comes to social issues, moral ethnic, people skills, and management philosophy, there's no other place like taking the leaf from the seniors - VTC alumni.
Designed for final-year students, this 8-month Career Navigation Scheme, allows you to rub shoulders with the industry veterans who have at least 5 years of working experience (also known as the mentors in the scheme). The mentors will shed light on different areas, with everything from soft skills and academic knowledge to career advices and industry development, in order to assist students in making effective study and career decisions.
Running in small groups, every mentor will be assigned 3-4 mentees from relevant discipline. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to an interview. An introduction briefing will be arranged.
