^#  Students may pace their own study.
(i)   Study duration of Degree Programmes is normally 2 semesters in 1 academic year.
(ii)  Study duration of Higher Diploma Programmes is normally 2 academic years.
(iii) Study duration of Foundation Diploma Programmes is normally 1 academic year.

^Applicants whose HKDSE English Language is below Level 1 or who have not taken the examination are required to complete an English enhancement programme with separate fees.
^##Depending on entry level.

* New degree programmes with strong vocational orientation have been offered for DSE graduates since 2012. Starting from 2014, THEi will admit higher diploma graduates with good scores into the senior years of the degree programmes.

Remarks:

(i)  Tuition Fees
      Degree Programmes/ Higher Diploma / Foundation Diploma: Tuition fee levels currently under review.
      Diploma in Vocational Education/Certificate Courses: Free for Secondary 3 school leavers and levels for other
      students under review.

(ii)  Financial Assistance
      Full time students may apply for financial assistance schemes administered by the Student Financial Assistance
      Agency. VTC also offers fee remissions for students in need.

(iii)  Application
       Application for VTC’s programmes will open in late 2012, details at the VTC Prospectus and Admissions website.
       Application for Certificate Coursesis open throughout the year.
