Financial Assistance Schemes

 

Students with financial needs can contact their local campus for enquiries about financial assistance schemes and fee remission schemes.

Students of full-time government subvented programmes or self-financing programmes in VTC can in general apply for the following financial assistance schemes :

 

Self-financed Degree Programmes

 

Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (FASP)

 

Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)

 

Subvented Full-time Higher Diploma Programmes
Tertiary Student Finance Scheme - Publicly-funded Programmes (TSFS)

 

Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (NLS)
 
 
Self-financed Higher Diploma Programmes

 

Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (FASP)

 

Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)

 

Continuing Education Fund (CEF) (for particular courses)

  1. Students can apply for the "VTC Fee Remission Scheme (FR)" if their applications under the "FASP" are unsuccessful.
2.  The above financial assistance schemes are not applicable to non-local applicants.
