Higher Diploma, Diploma and Foundation Diploma Programmes

The higher diploma, diploma and foundation diploma programmes for post-secondary 5 students under the old academic structure offered by the IVE and HKDI impart students with the necessary practical skills and theoretical knowledge for work and further study. The programmes covering seven academic disciplines cater to students with different interest and abilities. Languages and Student Development programmes are included to strengthen students’ language ability and communication skills.

Earn certifications in subjects like Western cuisine, housekeeping, ticketing and tour guide training at the Hospitality Industry Training & Development Centre (HITDC). We'll help you find work with our comprehensive employment referral services.

Certificate Courses in Chinese Cuisine

Equip yourself with industry knowledge to become a star chef! We provide Certificate courses in Chinese Cuisine offered by Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (CCTI).

Yi Jin Course

School of Business and Information Systems (SBI) offers Yi Jin Course to secondary 5 school leavers. The course emphasises both theoretical and practical knowledge and attune to the market needs. The project Yi Jin certificate is accepted by the Government as meeting the entry requirement of some of the civil service posts. Graduates can also articulate to Higher Diploma offered by IVE and HKDI.
