Pro-Act Training and Development Centres offer industry-wide training schemes to apprentices, secondary or technical school graduates and working adults from different backgrounds and levels of experience to enhance your career advancement prospects or employability.

In addition, Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) provides Recognition Scheme for Security Training to enhance the quality of Security Services.

Apprenticeship Training Scheme

The Scheme provides systematic on-the-job training for apprentices registered under the Apprenticeship Ordinance. Under the apprenticeship contract, employers are committed to sponsoring their apprentices to attend relevant complementary training and development courses, to further equip them with theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel in their career.

Engineering Graduate Training
Scheme (EGTS)

By subsidising prospective employers, the Scheme provides more training opportunities for local engineering graduates to attain professional status from the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

New Technology Training Scheme
