Through campuses, students can apply for scholarships / award schemes such as:

The Alistair Harvey Foundation Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to the final year full-time students of Higher Diploma courses in the discipline of Applied Science, Construction, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or Mechanical, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, who have excellent academic achievements and strong leadership abilities, to enable them to pursue further study at universities in the United Kingdom for two academic years. The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation fees, living expenses and air fares.

IVE Outstanding Students Award Scheme
This award scheme is established to commend the students who have excellent academic achievements, strong leadership abilities and outstanding personal qualities. The total amount of the award is HK$90,000.

Mr. Yeung Kai Yin Memorial Scholarships
This scholarship is to provide financial assistance to support needy students of the VTC in study visits / overseas exchange programmes, to broaden their exposure and horizon, and better shape their whole person development. Each awardee would receive a value up to HK$ 10,000.

Scholarships are awarded to outstanding students through nomination from campuses. Most of these scholarships are provided by the business sector, professional bodies and enthusiasts. There are over 300 scholarships, including: Li Po Chun Charitable Trust Fund Scholarships, CYMA Charity Fund Scholarships, Chiang Chen Industrial Charity Foundation Scholarship, H.K. Electrical Contractors' Association Foundation Scholarships, Simatelex Charitable Foundation Scholarship, American Women's Association Scholarships, CMA and Donors Scholarship, Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians Scholarship, Sir Edward Youde Memorial Awards Schemes, KML Engineering & Technology Scholarships, and Analogue Group Scholarships.
