Formerly known as Morrison Hill Technical Institute, IVE (Morrison Hill) was the first Technical Institute established in Hong Kong with its main building established in 1969. The Campus is located in the central area of Wan Chai. A wide range of full-time and part-time courses supported by sophisticated learning facilities is offered. Vocational elements are incorporated in the courses so as to meet the needs of the industry.

Building Services Laboratory provides comprehensive building services facilities for training students on fire, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing and drainage services.
