Established with a generous donation from Mr Lee Wai Lee, IVE (Lee Wai Lee) is conveniently situated near the Kowloon Tong MTR Station.  It is the only IVE campus offering courses in Child Education, Community Services (Gerontology), Optics, Ophthalmic Dispensing, Watch Making, Jewellery Design, and Automotive Engineering.  All academic departments maintain strong ties with their respective industries. IVE (Lee Wai Lee) has enjoyed a long tradition of teaching excellence. At present, it is also offering in-service training courses for kindergarten teachers and childcare workers, which are funded by the Education Bureau.

In 2010, IVE (Lee Wai Lee) will be relocated to a new campus in Tseung Kwan O adjacent to the Hong Kong Design Institute. Some curriculums will be rationalised to meet the demands of manufacturing of consumer products, advance in technology and maintenance as well as innovations in design.  The courses in Child Education and Community Services (Gerontology) will be further developed to reflect the changes in the education system and the demographical development of Hong Kong.

	Learning Resources Centre provides teachers and students with a conductive environment for teaching and learning. The Centre offers programmes, activities, seminars and workshops to a wide range of participants including children, parents as well as preschool and kindergarten teachers.
	The modern Computer Design Studio provides students with advanced computer software and hi-tech equipment.  The studio itself is a display room for students' masterpieces.
	Climbing Wall - IVE's extra-curricular activities not only help students develop their full potentials and gain self-confidence, but also engage them in participating actively in the vibrant campus life.
