Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE)
IVE, established by merging the 2 former Technical Colleges and 7 former Technical Institutes, provides young people with a professional progression pathway for further study and career advancement. It offers quality higher diploma and diploma courses in a wide variety of professional areas to secondary 7 and 5 graduates through nine IVE campuses located across the tertiary:

Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI)
HKDI was established in 2007 to cope with the development of creative industry and to train world-class design talents in Hong Kong. It brings together the strengths of five departments of design and their courses from IVE (Sha Tin), IVE (Kwai Chung), IVE (Kwun Tong) and IVE (Tsing Yi) to offer comprehensive and contemporary design courses. A new purpose-built campus, located in Tseung Kwan O, will be in operation in 2009 / 10.

Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (CCTI)
In strengthening Hong Kong's reputation as a centre of oriental delicacies, CCTI endeavours to create a systematic training system in Chinese cuisine from the elementary to the master chef level to elevate the professional status of Chinese chefs as well as the quality and hygiene standard of Chinese cuisine in Hong Kong. |

Maritime Services Training Institute (MSTI)
Located in Tai Lam Chung, Tuen Mun, MSTI aims to provide a wide range of quality courses for new entrants, local and foreign in-service seafarers, and employees of the marine-related and shore-based industry. |

Youth College (YC)
Established in 2004, YC provides through five campuses located in Cheung Sha Wan (So Uk), Kennedy Town, Kowloon Bay, Kwai Chung and Pokfulam, a valued choice of progression pathways outside mainstream education for secondary 3 and 5 graduates. The courses are designed with the aims of developing their potential and interest of learning so as to prepare them for further studies and employment. |

Training & Development Centre
The 12 training and development centres, mostly located in three training centre complexes in Kowloon Bay, Kwai Chung and Pokfulam, provide school leavers and employees with professional pre-employment and skill upgrading training from craft to technologist level in a simulated industrial environment. Courses cover a variety of trades including automobile, electrical, electronics, gas, import / export and wholesale, jewellery, machine shop and metal working, plastics and tooling technology, printing, retail, textile, and welding. |

Yeo Chei Man Senior Secondary School ( YCM )
With the School's "dual progression route" approach, students may choose to sit for the public examinations or pursue vocational subjects for applying for higher diploma / diploma courses of the IVE / SBI / HKDI using their internal assessment results. The school offers generic and vocational modules as well as Applied Learning subjects to meet the students' interests and help them acquire all-rounded knowledge and practical skills for further studies and career development.
In addition, to meet the needs of different clientele, a wide variety of professional and custom-designed courses and training is offered by VTC through the School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE), Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) and Skills Centres for disabled persons.
