Aims/Mission
Jockey Club Heavy Vehicle Emissions Testing & Research Centre (JCEC) developed as a platform to support the government and the industry on latest technology research and testing of fuel-saving and low-carbon technologies in vehicles.
JCEC serve as a Centre Of Excellence (COE) to offer latest vehicle emission collection, measurement and testing to an international standard. From that basis, JCEC will be able to be able to work with automotive industry and help the public in Hong Kong with a better understanding of environmental issues in relation to the operation of motor vehicles and the practice of the Automotive Industry. |
