After graduating from VTC Technical College, I got an offer from University of Greenwich to enter the final year of the course BSc. in Applied Statistics with Business Management.
After that, I studied for another degree in Management with a scholarship at University of Surrey and a Master degree in Statistics with Application in Medicine at University of Southampton.
The Applied Statistics techniques that I learnt from my HD in Applied Statistics and Computing are very useful and practical. It not only provided me a solid foundation for my further studies in UK. It also helps and supports me in learning new technical skills for my current job.

After graduating from IVE, I joined AC Nielsen (China) Ltd., the biggest marketing research company. After spending nine months with AC Nielsen, I was promoted to Senior Assistant in charge of a database system which provides retail marketing information to clients.

The statistical knowledge and the technical skills that I learned from the Higher Diploma in Applied Statistics and Computing are practical and very useful to my present job in data and information analysis.
