        The Campus Secretariat is committed to providing high quality service through continuous improvement and a total quality approach. It's aim is to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers. 

        Our quality policy will be achieved through the following strategic objectives: 
 

developing a capable work force with a customer oriented mindset and full accountability

 

 

ensuring the involvement of relevant staff to meet quality standards and targets

 

 

maintaining and providing accurate and clear information through structured systems

 

 

providing communication mechanisms for our customers and ensuring their views are well received

 

 

providing efficient, systematic and value-added administrative support to the Campus

 

 

evaluating quality performance through periodical self-assessment, checking against performance indicators and implementation of improvement plans
