1. To set effective service standards and
optimize the use of
resources with a view to providing excellent

cost-effective services.
2. To enhance the quality of service, the Campus
Secretariat
will
2.1 increase
the variety of services including new
initiatives towards a comprehensive and
integrated
service to all stakeholders; and
2.2 to strengthen active
communication through seeking
feedback towards a more customer-focused
service
with characteristics valued by stakeholders.
3. To further advance the overall
performance through
3.1
encouraging staff development for acquiring
necessary knowledge and skill;
3.2 maximizing leadership
potential of supervisory staff
at all levels; and
3.3 intensifying staff
involvement in problem-solving
and quality improvement activities.
