What is the Supervisory Level?
  • Strong emphasis on developing hands-on workable supervisory skills
  • Develop further on the basic skills acquired from the Foundation Level
  • A unique combination of evening classes over 15 weeks
  • Consists of work-based activities, case studies, role-plays and coursework

    What are the Entry Requirements?
  • Graduate of the MDA Foundation Level (1); or
  • Certificate/Diploma holder or equivalent, plus 2 years of working experience; or
  • Age 23 with 6 years of working experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory position
    •  
    Applicants may be required to attend an interview or undergo assessments to determine the appropriate level of entry to the MDA Programme.
