The Campus Secretariat provides efficient and effective administrative support to the Campus in achieving its aim to deliver high quality, internationally acceptable vocational education, training and qualifications.
The Facilities Management Office is responsible for the campus facilities management services, alterations and additions works, repairs and maintenance works, pest control services, landscape works, security service, carpark control, general cleaning, student locker management, sports facilities management and general logistic support.
In the financial aspect, the services include financial planning, budget estimates, costing, payment processing, fee collection and bookkeeping functions. Whereas in the supplies aspect, they cover procurement, store operation and inventory recording.

The Evening Studies Unit provide effective and quality administrative services to students and staff in part-time evening studies.
The Learning Resources Centre provides library, information technology and education technology services to staff and students in the Campus. The library staff are stationed in the Alistair Harvey Learning Resources Centre, which is located in Room B413, to provide both local and remote library services as part of the VTC Library system. The information technology and education technology team provide computer network services and technical support to all classrooms, lecture theatres, common computer laboratories and Campus events.
