General Entrance Requirements

Minimum Entry Requirements to Year 4 :
Holder of IVE Diploma in Information Technology for Business (Customer Service) (41222) OR Possessing relevant recognized Diploma / Higher Certificate OR equivalent.

Course Aims : The course aims to provide students with knowledge in customer service, information technology, image design, and business applications so that they can successfully develop career related to both IT and customer service. The course focuses on the workplace applications in using IT and customer service management and provides training on interpersonal skill and technical skills. These areas would help prepare students to increase their competitiveness and the ability to achieve service distinction in the workplace. They can apply knowledge in providing quality customer service, corporate image design and brand management. These are important to increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
Career Prospects : Graduates may begin their careers as IT supporting staff focusing on customer service and related business activities; and move on into supervisory and managerial positions. They may take up positions such as Customer Service Officer, Web Administrator, Technical Support and Operation Facilitator, Sales and Marketing Personnel, Promoter and Advertiser.
