Basic Entry Requirements: 5 subjects at Grade E or above in the HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) Grade E / (Syllabus A) Grade C and Mathematics; or pass in the Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Project Yi Jin; or equivalent.
Course Aims : The course aims to equip students with knowledge in customer service, information technology, business applications, and necessary interpersonal as well as technical skills so that they are well prepared for supporting related business operations when they graduate.
Career Prospects : Graduates may begin their careers as IT support staff focusing on customer service and related business activities; and move into supervisory and managerial positions.
