Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform duties in respect of one or more of the following areas: |
|
(i) |
Human resources management; |
|
(ii) |
Finance and supplies matters; |
|
(iii) |
General administration and workflow digitalisation; and |
|
(iv) |
Marketing, promotion and website maintenance; |
(b) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit; |
(c) |
To assist in the formulation, implementation and review of operational policies, systems and procedures; |
(d) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; |
(e) |
To implement the quality policy of the operational unit; and |
(f) |
To undertake specific projects and tasks as assigned. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant experience at the appropriate level of responsibilities, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations; |
(c) |
Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, administrative and problem solving skills; |
(d) |
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and effectively under pressure; |
(e) |
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently; |
(f) |
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and |
(g) |
Good IT knowledge and skills would be an advantage. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
(2) |
Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment. |
(3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours or outside normal office hours. |
(4) |
The appointee(s) will be required to perform duties in more than one location. |
