Major Duties: |
(a) |
To support multimedia programming and production services; |
(b) |
To assist in the development and maintenance of websites; |
(c) |
To support audio and video production services; |
(d) |
To support the pre-production, such as designing social media and advertising contents, and the post-production editing of audio and video production; |
(e) |
To create and edit sound track for campus promotion video; |
(f) |
To create various materials for print and digital collateral, such as posters and brochures etc.; |
(g) |
To provide photography and technical support to events and activities; and |
(h) |
To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia / Digital Media / Creative Media / Information and Communications Technology / Web-based Technology or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience; |
(c) |
Experience and good knowledge in: |
|
(i) |
using desktop publishing and video production programs, e.g. Adobe CC – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere & After Effect, in Windows or Mac platforms; |
(ii) |
sound editing using software such as ProTools or Logic Pro; |
(iii) |
maintenance and updating of website using languages such as html, java or CSS; and |
(d) |
Preferably with experience in Multimedia and IT-related technical support such as setting up and maintenance of computer laboratories and workshop; |
(e) |
Good communication and problem-solving skills; and |
(f) |
The ability to work independently while being a good team player and to meet tight deadline. |
