Major Duties: |
(a) |
To provide technical support to teaching activities and events such as webinars, live streaming and online meetings, etc; |
(b) |
To monitor and maintain the server and edit website and system; |
(c) |
To assist in setting up and maintaining PC hardware & software and related equipment; and |
(d) |
To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
(i) |
A recognised higher diploma in Business / IT / Computing or relevant discipline, plus 1 year’s relevant work experience; OR |
(ii) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Business / IT / Computing or relevant discipline, plus at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; |
(b) |
Proficiency in photographic equipment and studio equipment applications; |
(c) |
Capable to administrate Windows Server; |
(d) |
Good knowledge and skills in the following areas will be an advantage: |

(i) |
Editing website and web programming using languages such as PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, SQL and HTML5; |
|
(ii) |
Supporting video conference, webinar and live streaming; |
(e) |
Strong initiative, ability to work independently and be a good team player; and |
(f) |
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese. |
