    Technician
    Centre for Learning and Teaching

    Major Duties:
    (a) To support multimedia programming;
    (b) To assist in the development of multimedia learning materials (e.g. Web-based media, mobile app, Augmented Reality (AR) / Virtual Reality (VR) content production);
    (c) To provide technical support to events and activities;
    (d) To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables; and
    (e) To support operations and other services provided by the Centre as required.
     
    Requirements:
    (a) A recognized diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia / Information and Communications Technology, or equivalent;
    (b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience;
    (c) Good communication and problem solving skills;
    (d) A good team player, able to meet tight deadlines and with ability to work independently; and
    (e) Work experience in programming in mobile app and AR / VR production would be an advantage.
     
    Notes:
    (1) Applicants are required to highlight their relevant work experience and job knowledge in their curriculum vitae.
    (2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to present their portfolios (e.g. website(s), audio-visual or multimedia production works) during the interview.
    (3) The appointee may be required to work on shift / outside normal office hours.
