The 7 Applied Learning (ApL) courses (2007-09) offered by the Vocational Training Council (VTC) was commenced in September 2007. The annual Opening Ceremony for open mode students was held in two sessions on 22 September at the IVE(Morrison Hill), and representatives from the secondary schools, EDB and HKEAA and parents were invited to participate in the Ceremony.

     
Participating Students:

~900 students from 140 schools (open mode)

~80 students from 3 partnership schools (including Caritas St. Joseph Secondary School , CCC Ming Kei College and TWGHs C Y Ma Memorial College)
