| During the 2007/09 cohort, over 1900 students, through participating in the VTC's ApL courses, realized their interest and ability, and gained a clear vision for their further study and career. Meanwhile, their successful completion of one ApL course is recognized comparable to one HKCEE subject pass. The 2009 Graduation Ceremony VTC's ApL Courses was held on 27 February 2009 to celebrate the success of students. It was our great honour to have Mr. Yuen-tan LAU, Chief Curriculum Development Officer (Applied Learning), Education Bureau as the officiating guests. Dr. Carrie Willis, Executive Director of VTC conferred awards on the graduates. The ceremony was held at Queen Elizabeth Stadium. Over 1,200 parents and guests attended this solemn event and witnessed the brilliant result of the graduates. |
