| Course Description | This course aims to provide theoretical and practical training for in-service gas installers to carry out installation and commissioning and servicing of non-domestic gas appliances. After completion of the course, students are qualified to register as class 7 gas installers. The course covers : Industrial safety; Combustion, ventilation & water supply requirement for commercial & catering gas appliances; Type of gas appliances for commercial & catering. Operation of portable gas detector; Types & installation of domestic gas meter; Regulations & rules; Diagnostic methods of fault finding; Repair & installation of commercial & catering gas appliances. |
