- Classes of part-time evening programmes are normally held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.. Some programmes will have classes scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays or during Summer Semester.
- VTC reserves the right to cancel any programme, revise programme name, content or change the offering campus(es) before class commencement if circumstances so warrant.
