| Course Description | This course builds on the selling skills in RT-835. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of advanced selling and be able to apply these skills in their workplace with increasing confidence. The course covers : How to build a professional image?; Persuasive skills in selling; Successful ways to deal with objections; Different approaches for different styles of customers. |
