This programme is designed for retail store supervisors who have 1-2 years of experience in a frontline supervisory role. Comprising 4 modules, this programme covers the fundamental supervisory concepts and soft skills required of store supervisors. The practical application of retail supervisory tools and techniques are emphasized in this highly interactive programme. Participants will learn how to manage their stores more effectively and enthuse their staff to deliver better results. Supervisors who are new to their role and want to gain a general supervisory perspective will also benefit from this programme.
The course covers : Store Operation Standards, Employment Ordinance, Occupational Safety and Code of Practice on Safety, Quality Customer Service Management, Professional Requirements for Customer Service, Handling Customer Complaints Effectively.
