Programme Aims | Multi-disciplinary curriculum covers the required skill sets and knowledge of music entertainment industry enabling students to participate in its operation and management. This programme aims to provide students with a comprehensive training and practicum on the production, operation, promotion and management aspects of music entertainment industry. Students will acquire practical and hands-on experience through workplace attachment or industrial collaborative projects. This is the first batch of higher diploma programmes adopting dual-track learning approach by going through workplace training and receiving classroom teaching at the same time. | |
Career Prospects | Graduates are able to take up various positions including Assistant Artiste Manager, Artist & Repertoire (A&R) Assistant, Assistant Record Label Assistant, Music & Concert Promoter, Live Event Coordinator. They may also set up their own company to provide management service to the industry. | |
Articulation | Graduates can pursue relevant degrees locally or overseas. They can also apply for admission to the top-up degree programmes in Hong Kong offered by Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) or overseas universities below in collaboration with the School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE):
